Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to offer flexibility. However, we kindly ask for your understanding of our cancellation policy to ensure that all clients have the opportunity to book appointments.
No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without any prior notice, a 50% fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellations within 24 Hours: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied.
To avoid any charges, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting our time.
